Leah Daniels has released her new single "1st" from her forthcoming EP slated to launch later this year.

One of Canada's top rising country artists, Leah Daniels first gained acclaim with her track “Go Back” which skyrocketed into the top 20 at Canadian Radio and won her the CRMA (Canadian Radio Music Award) as the 2016 FACTOR Breakthrough Artist of the Year.  Hailing from Uxbridge Ontario, Daniels has quickly made inroads within the industry.  She's received four nominations for CCMA Interactive Artist of the Year, has garnered over 1.9 Million views on YouTube, and won the 2016 CMAO Female Artist of the Year.   She's also taken to the stage key festivals  including CMT Fest, Boots & Hearts and Big Valley Jamboree (just to name a few).

Now, Daniels is getting ready to showcase her new EP to the world.  Produced by Sam Ellis (Thomas Rhett/Martina McBride), Brian Howes (Hedley/Nickelback) and Karen Kosowski (Brett Kissel/Emma-Lee), and recorded in Nashville, Los Angeles and Toronto - these new works find Daniels looking back and growing up. "This album is looking back on the past 10 years for me. I think it's more mature in content. I've grown a lot as a person. And I'm able to look back now and reflect on those moments of my life, first love, falling hard, getting back up again, there's strength in these songs." With tracks like "1st" that are absolutely melodic, dynamic and powerful - the EP stands as a testament to Daniel's tenacity and her reputation as a singer-songwriter to be reckoned with.
